Our Honey

Gibbs Honey is true Southern Ontario Wildflower honey. It’s packaged in 500g re-usable, screen-printed Mason jars and is available from July until it sells out.

Our hives are located on the former Daly Christmas Tree Farm in Canfield, Ontario. An 51+ acre parcel of land, with mixed pines, wildflower, clover, surrounded by hay fields and cow / horse pasture. The bees have an almost year round, healthy and diverse diet – which is what makes our honey so special.
